1. What exactly is the Fat Apocalypse Program?

Fat Apocalypse is an 8 week, plant-based, body transformation program designed for optimal fat loss results.  It is challenging, but it is so often transformative beyond measure and ultimately anything worth achieving will test you. Embrace that!

The plan includes daily meal plans, training plans, recipes, and shopping lists.  Certified, experienced trainers will be there to answer your questions in a private online community, and providing group support & accountability that you can’t find anywhere else!  

 

2. What can I expect during the 8 weeks?

Over the 8 weeks you can expect to see radical changes in your body physically -- including fat loss muscle growth, better digestion, and less bloating.  You can also expect many mental and hormonal improvements like less brain fog, less fatigue, and less need for caffeine and sugar to pick you up, more focused, prolonged concentration, better sleep and mood, and that's just the beginning!
