So, I wanted to begin highlighting some of their creative efforts here on our blog so you can try their recipes too!


First up is this delicious recipe by Jenn Berkelmans!  Take it away Jenn.... :)


Hey Plant Strong peeps!

I just wanted to share this recipe for delicious Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls. This makes a great snack or a good breakfast in the go! 

Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

✅1 scoop Shakeology or other chocolate protein powder/meal replacement powder

✅2 TBSP coconut flour

✅1/4 c. Rolled oats (I used gluten free)

✅2 TBSP almond butter 

✅2 TBSP coconut butter (coconut manna)

✅1 medium ripe banana mashed

✅2 TBSP unsweetened shredded coconut


💟 Mix all ingredients together except the shredded coconut

💟 Roll into small sized balls and roll in shredded coconut

💟 keep refrigerated; I won't tell you how long they keep for because I know they won't last that long 😉

💟 If you can't find coconut butter then use 1/4 c. Almond butter or your choice of nut or seed butter (to make nut free!)
